Our Service Offering
We are offering escrow services for commercial ship transactions, yacht and aviation deals. After having reviewed all relevant information on both buyer's and seller's a dedicated escrow account separated from NexFidelis' balance sheet will be opened with our partner bank, which is fully regulated by the FCA in the UK.
We will then be able to hold a deposit and balance payment in escrow until all conditions for the successful closing and handover of the asset can be made. We will be available for our clients throughout the entire deal cycle.
Shipping
Our main expertise comes from transaction in commercial shipping. We have gathered experience from over ten years in legal counseling in the maritime sector while also handling escrow services for many transactions. While we do not offer any legal advice we understand what is relevant in commercial shipping.
Yachts
While it is very common in commercial shipping to mandate an escrow agent this has not been the case in yacht transactions. However, we have seen an increase in the need of a neutral party in larger yacht deals. We have already executed deals in yachting an bring our commercial shipping expertise in that sector.
Aviation
We also offer our expertise in handling deposit and balance payments in the aviation sector. If there is a need for an escrow agent in an aviation deal we will be more than happy to assist in finding the right solution for that transaction.
