NexFidelis was founded early 2024 by Lars Frohne and Marius Mueller.
Together the founders bring in the technical capabilities for a secure and structured processing of escrow services while having the expertise from legal advice in the industry.
Lars Frohne
Lars brings in more than ten years of experience as a lawyer in maritime law, over four years as a partner in one of the biggest German law firms and has advised on hundreds of commercial ship transactions. In his capacity as a lawyer Lars acted as an escrow agent for transactions with a volume of more than USD 1bn.
Marius Mueller
Marius has worked in multiple German corporations consulting MedTech and
E-Commerce businesses.
Afterwards Marius spent over eight years in technology start-ups in staffing, logistics and real estate finance acting as General Manager and Director.
